A BabyCres team member will have a brief conversation with you by WhatsApp, call or message to confirm your villa location, your children's ages, your arrival date and which optional items make sense for your trip. It takes around 5-10 minutes.
A BabyCres team member attends the villa to fully assemble the crib, position the rocker and high chair, install the baby gate and set up the monitor. We check in with you or your villa manager before leaving to confirm everything is correct.
Yes. A car seat (rear or forward-facing, Canadian safety-checked) is a core item included with every Luxury Packer. We clean, inspect and certify every seat before delivery.
Yes. For Luxury Packer bookings we can arrange delivery across greater Jamaica including St. Mary, Portland and the St. Andrew hills. Share your villa address when booking and we will confirm the delivery fee.
Our welcome bag includes locally sourced baby and family products — typically baby-safe Jamaican insect repellent, sun protection, a local treat and a small toy made in Jamaica.
