General Notes

  • This refund policy covers Canada and Jamaica only. 
  • Exchanges for opened products are not accepted.

Returns & Refunds

We are committed to providing you with the highest quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns and issue a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
  • Return Shipping: Use the prepaid return label provided. We will handle the return shipping costs, ensuring a hassle-free process for you.
  • Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your refund details.

How to submit a return request:

To request a return, click the profile icon in the store's navigation or visit the refund policy or returns page.

  1. Log in to Your Account:
  • Enter your email address in the "Email" field and click “Continue".
  • Check your email inbox for a message from our store containing a six-digit verification code.
  • Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.

2. Select Your Order:

  • Click on the order you wish to return.

3. Choose Items to Return:

  • If your order contains multiple items, select the specific items you want to return.

4. Provide Return Details:

  • Select a reason for the return and add any additional notes for the store.

5. Submit Your Return Request:

  • Click "Submit Request".

If your return request is approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once the product is returned, we will process your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds are processed promptly upon approval. Refund processing time will be no more than 30 days. If you have not received your refund:

1. Check your bank account to ensure it hasn’t been posted.

2. Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay in posting the refund.

3. Contact your bank if necessary. Some financial institutions may take up to 30 days to post the refund.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Times

Orders are shipped within 4-8 business days. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at [admin@babycres.com]

*Note: This policy excludes delays caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer or missed parcel deliveries.*

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you.

Address Changes

If you have entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at [admin@babycres.com]. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been processed or shipped.

*Note: We are not responsible for incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.*

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped, a $25 cancellation fee will be applied to cover restocking fees and refund processing costs.

Invalid Refund Reasons

  • Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind after placing an order. Please ensure you are ready to purchase before submitting your order.
  • Finding a Lower Price: We encourage you to compare prices before making a purchase. Once an order is submitted, it is a legally binding contract to purchase the items.
