By entering Tiny U, booking a session, or
leaving a child in our care, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and every child
in your care.
1. Who we are
Tiny U is a trading name of Baby Cres Accessories Limited, a company registered in Jamaica, which owns and operates the premises. All bookings, payments and refunds are made to and by Baby Cres Accessories Limited, and card or online payments may appear under that name on your statement. References to "we", "us" and "Tiny U" in these terms mean Baby Cres Accessories Limited.
2. Supervision during drop-in play
For ordinary play sessions Tiny U is an unsupervised facility. Every child must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over who remains on the premises and retains responsibility for that child at all times. Staff supervise the equipment and the space, not individual children.
3. Admission
Admission is charged per child. Adults are admitted free, to a maximum of two adults per child. Rates are the same on weekdays and weekends. Sessions may be capped and may sell out. Management may refuse admission.
4. Opening hours
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Closed Sundays. Public holidays, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Hours may change and will be published here.
5. Child drop-off, what it is
Drop-off is a short-stay supervised service of a maximum of two hours per booking, available between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on days we are open. It is not day care, not an early childhood programme, and not education. Drop-off outside 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. is available by prior arrangement only and is charged at a higher rate.
6. Drop-off, your responsibilities
You must supply, for the full two hours: diapers, a change of clothes, and drinks and snacks. All items must be nut-free and labelled with the child's name. We may refuse a drop-off where these are not supplied. You must remain contactable on the number given at drop-off and able to return promptly if we call.
7. Drop-off, our responsibilities
During the agreed period our staff will supervise, feed and change your child using the items you supply. You must disclose at drop-off any allergy, medical condition, medication or dietary requirement. We do not administer medication. If your child becomes distressed, unwell or injured we will contact you immediately and we will ask you to come for them, and unused time is not charged.
8. Drop-off, collection and lateness
Collection is due at the end of the agreed two hours. A grace period of ten minutes applies. Thereafter a late-collection charge is payable for every five minutes, or part of five minutes, until the child is collected, at the rate published at the time of booking. The charge applies regardless of the reason for lateness and is payable before the child is released.
9. Drop-off, who may collect
A child will be released only to the adult who dropped them off, or to a person named in writing at drop-off. Photographic identification will be requested. We will not release a child to any other person under any circumstances. Where a child is not collected and you cannot be reached, we will contact your named emergency contact, and after a reasonable period we may be obliged to contact the relevant authorities.
10. Parties
A party booking reserves the party room only; the play floor remains open to the public. Exclusive use of the play floor may be added for an additional charge, subject to availability and scheduling around public sessions. Guest numbers must be confirmed at least seven days before the date.
11. Payment
Payment is due at check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing. Rates are inclusive of General Consumption Tax and may change without notice. Admission is non-transferable and is not refundable once a session has begun.
12. Health
Do not enter if any member of your group has a fever, rash, discharge, diarrhoea or vomiting, or has had any of these within 24 hours. Notify us and your booking will be moved without charge. We may decline a drop-off where a child appears unwell.
13. Allergies
Tiny U is a nut-free premises. Bringing in any item containing peanuts or tree nuts is a breach of these terms. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment and accept no liability for reactions to items brought in by other guests.
14. Footwear
Socks are required for all guests past the sock station. Bare feet, outdoor shoes and stockings alone are not permitted. Guests without socks must purchase a pair to enter.
15. Conduct
Rough play, climbing on structures not designed for it, and abusive behaviour toward guests or staff are not permitted. We may remove any guest breaching these rules without refund.
16. Personal property
Belongings are left in the cubbies and stroller bay at your own risk. Tiny U accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal property on the premises.
17. Risk and liability
Play carries inherent risk of injury. By entering you accept that risk on behalf of yourself and children in your care. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Jamaican law.
18. Photography
You may photograph children in your own party. Photographing or recording other guests' children is not permitted. Tiny U may photograph the premises for promotional use and will seek written consent before using any image in which a child is identifiable.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the premises, inside and out. Any guest who is intoxicated, or who brings alcohol onto the premises, may be refused entry or required to leave without refund.
20. First-birthday doljabi
The doljabi is a ceremonial element of a first-birthday booking and is offered for entertainment and tradition only. The objects are cleaned before and after use and are handled by the child under the supervision of their own parent or guardian. No outcome, prediction or representation about a child’s future is made or implied. Families may supply their own objects subject to our approval on hygiene and safety grounds.
21. Closures
We may close or shorten sessions for maintenance, weather, utility interruption or private events. Where a booked session is affected we will offer an alternative date.
